MOL&B is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused products. To initiate a return, contact us at info@mol-b.com with your order number.
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
