Refreshing Skin Toner is an alcohol-free toner for dry skin that refreshes, softens and soothes the skin without drying it. It gently cleanses the skin of impurities and leaves it with a soft and silky smooth feeling.
Routine:
Apply it either with the palm of your hand or with a cotton pad to the skin.

3. INTENSE MULTI-FUNCTIONAL BODY & FACE OIL
